By reading xdaily.xyz you accept these terms. They are brief because XDAILY is purely an information site: you cannot buy anything, create an account or upload content.
What we provide
XDAILY publishes free explainers about space, planet Earth, everyday technology, the human body, physics, chemistry and the big ideas of science. The site is funded by clearly separated advertising.
Simplified on purpose
To make ideas understandable we simplify, round numbers and leave out details that specialists would add. Science also moves on: new measurements refine old ones. Treat our explainers as a clear starting point, not as the final word, and consult primary sources for anything important. See our disclaimer.
Experiments at home
A few explainers suggest simple demonstrations with household items. Do them only with adult supervision where children are involved, follow the safety notes and never improvise with heat, electricity, chemicals or lasers.
Copyright and quotation
Our text and illustrations are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with a credit and a link, print single explainers for personal or classroom use, and share links freely. Reproducing complete explainers on other sites, in books, courses, apps or datasets requires our written permission.
External links
We link to agencies, universities and other reputable sources. We are not responsible for their content.
Advertising and independence
Ads are served by Google AdSense. Advertisers have no influence on our topics or conclusions, and we accept no payment for coverage. Projects by the same publisher appear only on the labelled page Our other projects.
Changes
We may revise these terms as the site evolves. The version on this page applies.
